Delete Account

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:

1. Open HACKR_ on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner).
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
4. Tap "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This will immediately and permanently delete your account, all cloud saves, game progress, and any personal data associated with your account.

Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@hackr.tech with the following information:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Email address associated with your HACKR_ account.
• Username (if known).

We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your user account and authentication credentials.
• All cloud-saved game progress (money, reputation, inventory, quests, etc.).
• Purchase history and transaction records within the game.
• Any analytics data linked to your account.

What Is NOT Deleted

• App Store / Google Play purchase records: These are managed by Apple and Google respectively and are not within our control. Contact Apple or Google to manage these records.
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics: Data that has been anonymized and aggregated for statistical purposes cannot be linked back to your account.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data will be lost.
• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and will not be refunded upon account deletion.
